Do you offer a money back guarantee?

We're confident that you'll be happy with our service, so we offer a 30 day full money back guarantee! If you're not happy with the service you receive, just email support@hudhosting.com cancelling your service within 30 days and we will fully refund all hosting and domain fees.

What is your minimum contract term?

There are no minimum contract terms and our services are totally flexible. You can upgrade, downgrade and cancel at anytime.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my service easily?

Definitely, the whole ethos of our service is to be flexible.

Need more space, emails or power? Just say the word and we'll quickly upgrade your account or work with you to custom build your package.

Putting things on hold for a while or changing the way you work? Not a problem, just let us know and we'll downgrade you to a lower package.

How do I keep/register my domain name?

Whether you already have a domain name or need to register one - we can help.

However, most of our clients prefer to drop us an email with the domain they would like (or already have) and we take care of the registration/transfer for them.

What's your response time to support requests?

We target a 6 hour maximum support response time for a technician to respond to your request. The vast majority of support requests are dealt with within 2 hours and many of those resolved in one telephone call to our support team.

Are your servers fast and reliable?

We never oversell the capacity of our servers. That means you're not squashed onto a server with more load than the system can handle. We optimise our servers specifically for Drupal performance and security. Through industry leading security policies, regular upgrades and sensible resource allocation you can be sure that your data is secure and your applications will run efficiently.

What's your uptime SLA?

We guarantee a 99.95% uptime SLA which we've consistently outperformed. Our maintenance windows are between midnight and 6am in each servers physical locations timezone. We endeavour to notify of any potential outages due to maintenance, although the vast majority of maintenance requires no downtime and is completed well before the 6am deadline.

Instantly ready and optimised, you'll receive an email with all your account details in a jiffy. Just point your domain to our servers and you're good to go. You can even access the site by a temporary URL while your new domain registers or your current domains DNS updates.

What module or settings do I need to make use of the DB Cache?

Just install the APC module and add the 4 simple lines from the README.txt to your settings.php - But we'll happily do this for you and talk you through what they actually do.

What do I need to configure?

That's the great thing, you don't need to configure anything! We've already optimised our hosting instances for Drupal, Drush, Git and advanced Edge Caching is all available right out the box.
